At Kokakoshi, customer satisfaction is important to us. We ensure all our products are quality-checked and packed with care. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Wrong product delivered
📌 Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Change of mind / dislike of fragrance or texture
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Minor packaging variations (color/print changes)
This policy is in line with hygiene and safety standards.

Our team will review the request within 2–3 working days.
🔁 Replacement or Refund Process
If approved, we will offer:
Replacement, or
Refund, as applicable
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Timeline: 5–7 working days after approval
🚚 Return Shipping
If the issue is from our side (damaged / wrong product), return shipping will be arranged by us.
In other cases, we are unable to process returns.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
Return requests without proper images/videos may not be approved
Kokakoshi reserves the right to accept or reject any return/refund request after inspection
